Hybrid Strategic Account Manager OpportunityDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue within existing and new customer accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities with OEMs across medical, industrial, defense, automotive, and related manufacturing sectors. Build long-term relationships with engineering, sourcing, supply chain, operations, and executive-level stakeholders. Lead customer discussions regarding plastic injection molding, tooling, assembly, and manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop quotations, proposals, and customer solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through production launch. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and business reviews. Monitor market activity, competitive trends, and customer requirements. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide forecasting to leadership. A strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, engineered plastics, and manufacturing operations is required. Proven ability to develop relationships with OEM customers and grow strategic accounts is necessary. Experience selling custom manufactured products or engineered solutions is preferred. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required. A self-motivated approach with a track record of exceeding revenue targets is needed. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be considered.
