Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating sales, and providing customer

support throughout the sales process. This includes assisting customers with product selection, pricing, quotes,

order entry, and follow-up for pipe, fittings, flanges, and related industrial products.

• Generate accurate price quotes and proposals for prospective clients in a timely manner
• Confer with potential customers regarding piping needs and advise customers on available alternatives
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Consult with management on larger proposals
• Make in-person contact with potential clients when possible
• Report customer feedback to management

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Business: preferred

Experience:

• 2-5 years of industry or sales experience
