HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
The Sales Account Executive - International Specialty Sales, JV Asia (Japan) - will be a sales professional responsible for maximizing revenue and market share while prioritizing margin performance with high-yielding corporate and agency account portfolio. The position works cross-divisionally to identify opportunities, drive quality revenue and market share growth across the US Point of Sale through strategic engagement, partner enablement, and brand representation. Success requires strong consultative account management skills that optimize customer trust and perceived value, as well as the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of customer business objectives and tailor communication of new product and service features to meet those objectives.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Professional proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading and writing) is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and business decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to tailor communication of new product/service features to align with customer business goals.
Skills in contract preparation, negotiation, and implementation.
Ability to perform data analysis to identify and communicate sales opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication, time management, planning, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a virtual office and work extended hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Willingness to travel extensively, both domestic and international.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Comfort with digital collaboration and reporting tools in a virtual office environment.
Must be satisfactorily performing in the current role.
This position is based in the New York metropolitan area. Candidates must reside in, or relocate to, the New York metro area as a condition of employment.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
