Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
Drive continuous alignment throughmultiple,weekly in-person sessions at Comcast HQ, serving as the primary face ofVantivato ensure seamless communication.
OwnVantiva’sexecution ofComcast’sLong-Range Plan (LRP) andmaintaininga rigorous 12-month rolling forecast to ensure business predictability.
Act as the "conductor" acrossVantiva’sglobal departments, synchronizing efforts to meet the specific technical and commercial demands of the Comcast account.
CustomerRelationship & Advocacy
Build and navigate a complex map of stakeholder relationshipstoestablishdeep ties with Comcast’s senior leadership and decision-makers.
Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" within Vantiva, ensuring Comcast’s strategic goals are integrated into our internal product roadmaps and service delivery models.
Cross-Functional Commercial Excellence
Lead the end-to-end development of commercial proposals, ensuring dealscreate value for all stakeholders.
Partner closely withVantivaoperations to guarantee supply chain resilience, ensuring product availability aligns with Comcast’sdeployment schedules.
Facilitate "Engineering Excellence" by bridging the gap between Comcast’s technical requirements andVantiva’sR&D teams to deliver market-leading innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Professional Experience
8–12+ years ofexperience in senior account management or business development, specifically managing "Tier 1" accounts.
Deep, prior experience working directly with Comcast is highly preferred; alternatively, a proventrack recordnavigating other majorNetwork Service Providers (NSPs)or MSOs.
Proven knowledge of managingFortune 500technology accounts, with the ability to navigate multi-year contract cycles and high-volume hardware/software deployments.
Technical & Industry Expertise
Advanced knowledge of the broadband landscape, specificallyDOCSISandPONarchitectures, alongside a strong grasp of Wi-Fi 7 and next-gen videoCPEstandards, preferred
Ability to translate industry shifts (like the move to 10G or edge computing) into actionable business opportunities for the client.
Education & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness,engineering, ora relatedtechnical field. AnMBAor equivalent advanced degree is considered a significant advantage.
Ability tomaintaina consistent presence at Comcast’sheadquarters.While travel is estimated at20%, this role requires the flexibility to attend major industry milestones such asSCTE Cable-Tec ExpoandCES.
