What You'll Do:
As the Assistant General Manager at Saint Anejo, you’ll play a key leadership role in daily operations, team development, and the overall Guest experience. You’ll help lead a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the elevated hospitality standards that define M Street.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager to inspire the team, drive operational excellence, and create an atmosphere where both Guests and Team Members thrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading daily restaurant operations with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
Delivering exceptional hospitality while creating memorable Guest experiences
Coaching, mentoring, and developing front-of-house Team Members through consistent leadership and feedback
Managing high-volume service, reservations, and floor flow with precision
Upholding M Street standards, policies, and service expectations
Identifying opportunities to elevate the Guest experience and create hospitality “value add” moments
Building a positive, accountable, and team-first culture
Supporting hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives
Collaborating with leadership to execute operational goals and improve performance
Maintaining composure, energy, and professionalism in a dynamic environment
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume dining environments
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism
Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
Data-driven mindset with strong operational awareness
Passion for hospitality, Guest engagement, and team development
Flexible, adaptable, and growth-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
