Position Details:

SailPoint Implementation Specialist- Frisco, TX
Location                            : Frisco, TX – 75034 (Onsite Role)
Project Duration           : 12 months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate                            : $45 - $50 an hour on W2

Job Summary -

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Implementation Specialist to design, implement, configure, and support SailPoint Identity Security solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), SailPoint Identity IQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, user lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, role management, and governance processes. The candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement secure identity governance solutions that meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities -

SailPoint Implementation & Configuration

•    Architect and Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

•    Design and develop SailPoint workflows, lifecycle events, certification campaigns, policies, and role-based access controls.

•    Configure connectors and integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, databases, cloud applications, and enterprise systems.

•    Implement automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.

•    Configure identity aggregation, account correlation, and entitlement management processes.

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

•    Design and maintain identity governance policies and controls.

•    Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and access certifications.

•    Develop business, technical, and IT roles aligned with organizational access requirements.

•    Support compliance initiatives related to SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.

•    Conduct access reviews and certification campaigns.

Development & Customization

•    Develop custom SailPoint rules using Java, Bean Shell, and SailPoint APIs.

•    Create custom connectors and integrations where required.

•    Troubleshoot and optimize workflows, rules, and provisioning processes.

•    Develop reports and dashboards to support governance and audit requirements.

Integration & Automation

•    Integrate SailPoint with:

o    MS Entra ID (Azure AD)

o    Active Directory

o    ServiceNow

o    SAP

o    Workday

o    Salesforce

o    Oracle Applications

o    AWS and other cloud platforms

•    Support REST API integrations and automation initiatives.

Support & Operations

•    Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SailPoint environments.

•    Investigate provisioning failures and identity synchronization issues.

•    Perform upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance.

•    Document architecture, configurations, workflows, and support procedures.

•    Participate in security audits and compliance reviews.

Required Qualifications -

Education

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

•    Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience

•    3+ years of SailPoint implementation experience.

•    10+ years of IAM/IGA experience.

•    Experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

•    Experience with enterprise directory services and access management solutions.

•    SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer Certification

•    SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification

•    Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)

•    Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

•    MS Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

•    Security+ or equivalent security certification

Additional Skills

•    Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM).

•    Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

•    Understanding of Zero Trust Security principles.

•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

•    Ability to lead identity governance projects independently.

•    Strong documentation and process improvement skills.

•    Experience working in large enterprise environments.
