Job Title: IAM Engineer with SAILPOINT

End Client: CARGIL

Location: REMOTE (MUST SIT IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA.)

Position: Remote on C2C

Duration: 4 Months initial, will extend either long term contract or C2H

Interview: MS Teams 1-2 rounds (client moves quick when interviews start)

Job Description:

Notes: We are looking for qualified individuals to help our operations team to support our clients across the globe in the area of Identity and access management.

Required Knowledge/Experience

1 - Prior experience in IS Security, Identity Access Management

2 - Hands on experience with; SailPoint, and Active Directory, Azure

3 - Experience working in a large - enterprise organization is a similar role

Preferred - Some prior experience working in an Agile environment

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Troubleshoot moderately complex IAM problems.
• Propose and test IAM solutions, processes, and policies.
• Utilize IAM monitoring tools and industry best practices to monitor systems for potential issues and ensure

governance processes and industry best practices are working as designed.

• Assist in requirements analysis for IAM initiatives alongside experienced IAM professionals.
• Implement fixes as needed to resolve problems, sharing solutions with additional teams as appropriate.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to

appropriate staff.

• Manage/provide access to high-risk applications
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related work experience

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with identity and access services platform for highly scalable production applications
