Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Develop and maintain application integrations using connectors, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Configure and manage access request workflows, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Good Knowledge of Access Profiles , Roles
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reviews.
- Develop custom Java code, BeanShell scripts, JSON, Powershell Scripts and SailPoint rules as required.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Create technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
- Good Communication skills with good articulation of the Technical stuffs with the given stakeholders.
