As a SailPoint business product lead on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will lead the vision, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise identity governance capabilities. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, IAM engineers, and technology teams to translate business needs into product requirements, manage the SailPoint IdentityIQ roadmap and requirements backlog, and deliver secure, compliant, and user-centric identity solutions. You'll serve as the bridge between business and technology, driving product strategy, feature prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of IAM capabilities while helping shape Progressive's long-term identity governance strategy and cloud transformation journey. In this role, you'll combine your deep knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and identity governance with business product ownership experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of eleven years related work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience.
• {OR} Master's degree or higher and a minimum of six years relevant work experience.

Preferred skills

• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM expertise
• Product ownership, requirements gathering and product specifications development
• Experience integrating IdentityIQ (IIQ) with target systems while effectively managing stakeholders and communicating with executive leadership.
• Access governance, compliance, and audit experience
• SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID knowledge

Compensation

• $132,210-$146,900/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
