With a strong pipeline of work and an experienced construction team, this company is seeking a Safety Manager to help maintain a proactive safety culture across active jobsites. This individual will work closely with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and company management to ensure projects are executed safely and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Construction safety management experience
Commercial construction experience
OSHA 30 certification
OSHA regulations and compliance knowledge
Jobsite safety inspections and audits
Site-specific safety plan development and implementation
Accident and incident investigation
Root-cause analysis
Corrective action management
Toolbox talks and safety training
Subcontractor safety compliance
Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Fall protection and hazard recognition
PPE compliance
Safety documentation and reporting
Emergency response planning
Coordination with project managers and superintendents
Communication with subcontractors and field personnel
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to travel between active project sites
Valid driver's license
