Requirements / Qualifications

In addition to a complete application, you must submit: RESUME MINIMUM ONE LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (Letter must have handwritten signature, and not be older than 1 year) Please add at least 2 references when filling out the application Standard First Aid Certificate required. Must be obtained within 30-days of hire date. Must be a high school graduate or completed GED.

Safety Supervisor position earns sick time, vacation time and has 14 paid holidays. Position works 180 days per school year (August through June). Prior to final hiring and placement, the candidate must pass a Pre-Placement Physical Examination paid for by the Newhall School District. The examination may also include a urinalysis for drug screening. The candidate must also receive fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice.
