Job Title: Safety Specialist
Job Description
The Safety Specialist oversees and administers all onsite safety, health, and environmental requirements during installation and sustaining activities. This role focuses on proactive problem solving, auditing, inspections, incident investigation, and coordination of contract safety personnel, while providing service-oriented support to employees, contractors, and customers. The Safety Specialist also assists in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs and training to promote a culture of safety excellence.

Work Environment
This role is based onsite in installation and semiconductor cleanroom environments. The position typically follows a Monday through Friday day shift, with occasional Saturdays depending on workload. Initial training during the first week is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After training, work may start as early as 5:30 a.m., with standard 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Another potential shift option is from 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., depending on operational needs and candidate availability. The work environment involves active presence in industrial and cleanroom settings, conducting inspections, audits, and training. Casual work attire is appropriate, with required personal protective equipment provided, including long pants, long-sleeve shirts, hard hats, safety glasses, and other necessary PPE. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
