The Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Safety Program Manager to lead our safety initiatives in our utility and non utility programs. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to implement company policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and design control systems to enhance our business operations. Your expertise will guide us in maintaining robust safety standards across various levels of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Safety Program and coordinate personnel to comply with regulatory and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and design comprehensive control systems.
• Maintain compliance through industry certifications and regulatory bodies.
• Manage the company's ISNetworld account ensuring up-to-date and compliant records.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of OSHA, Workers Comp, and related safety reports.
• Schedule and conduct safety meetings, ensuring follow-up on key actions.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent high-school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• ISA Certified Arborist, Utility Specialist, CTSP, CSP, OSHA 30 certifications are essential.
• Previous experience in coordinating and overseeing comprehensive safety programs.
• A valid CA driver's license.
