This role will partner closely with operations to drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across our Central Division team in Indianapolis, Indiana.About the RoleThe Safety Manager partners with operations to support and strengthen safe execution across projects or regions. This role provides subject matter expertise, coordinates safety efforts, and influences planning and performance to ensure effective implementation of safety programs. The Safety Manager does not own project execution but drives consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
