Per Diem: $125/Day
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 60 Hours Per Week (6x10s) | 1st Shift

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily safety activities for mechanical and fire protection construction operations
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments
- Provide field coaching and mentorship to supervisors and craft personnel
- Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety training initiatives
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation as needed
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Maintain accurate safety reports, inspections, observations, and compliance documentation
- Partner with project leadership to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Promote a positive safety culture across the project
Required Qualifications
Mechanical construction safety experience
Preferred Qualifications
Fire protection construction experience
Aerospace, aviation, or aircraft hangar construction experience
Industrial or manufacturing construction experience
Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects
Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
