Safety Manager

Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures across construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Provide safety training and guidance to employees and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of safety audits and training sessions. Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into project planning. Monitor and track safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
