Description

The Safety Manager will oversee and implement safety protocols and compliance measures for construction projects within the property industry. This role ensures the safety and well-being of all team members while maintaining adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Description

  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures across construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide safety training and guidance to employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety audits and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into project planning.
  • Monitor and track safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
