Code Red Safety is looking for a safety supervisor to oversee maintenance projects at the US Steel Granite City plant. Work will begin immediately and run for approximately 6 months, working a 5/10s schedule.
You must have previous safety management experience within a plant environment.Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:- Have at least 5 years of safety management experience in a steel mill
- Previous experience with iron worker over site a plus
- Have one of the following certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CHST, or similar
- Have a current FA/CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
