Safety Manager – Commercial Roofing

A commercial roofing contractor with a reputation for excellence is looking to bring on a Safety Manager.  The ideal candidate will have background in commercial construction- preferably roofing, be a hard-working team player, and be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.

Background/Qualifications:

• Set expectations for safe, efficient project execution.
• Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, incidents, and related events.
• Ensure compliance and understanding of all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Learn and advise on all worker, customer, and project requirements.
• Reinforce safety standards, safe work procedures, specific safety rules, and regulations.
• Complete periodic job site visits by documenting observations and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a compliance plan for project specific documents and any programs required by OSHA and the Corporate Operations/Safety Departments.
• Conduct, assist, advise, and review events. Ensure accuracy, completeness, actions, and effectiveness laid out in the report and corrective actions.
