experience managing, leading, or developing Safety Managers or other safety professionals Experience providing safety leadership across multiple projects, locations, or operational teams Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and occupational safety regulationsPreferred Qualifications Electrical construction or electrical contractor safety experience Experience supporting commercial, industrial, or large-scale electrical construction operations Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent professional safety credential OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 NFPA 70E knowledge and electrical safety program experience Experience leading multi-site or regional observations, and risk assessmentsSupport electrical hazard identification and safe work planningProvide leadership around Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous-energy control, and electrical safe work practicesLead and support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementationAnalyze leading and lagging safety indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvementDevelop and deliver safety training for field personnel, supervision, and leadershipPromote proactive hazard recognition and pre-task planningAdvise project teams on engineering controls,
