Construction Project Safety Manager Location: Lebanon, IN Duration: 12 Months (Immediate Need) Type: 1099 ContractorCompensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $70/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local)️ Overtime: Paid After 40 Hours at 1.4x Base Rate Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates) Completion Bonus: $150/month Pay Frequency: Weekly Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 50-60 Hours Per Week Possible Sunday Work as Project Needs RequireWhy This Opportunity?Join an electrical contractor supporting a large-scale data center construction project. This is a leadership-level safety opportunity overseeing electrical installation, utility construction, and multiple field safety technicians throughout the project.The Project Safety Manager will serve as the lead onsite safety professional, providing direction to the safety team while partnering with project management, electrical supervision, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
