Site Safety Manager Location: Lebanon, IN Duration: 7-10 Months (Start: Early/Mid October) Type: 1099 ContractorCompensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $49/hr️ Overtime: Yes Per Diem: $125/day (Days Worked Only, for non-local candidates) Completion Bonus: $150/month Pay Frequency: Weekly Schedule: Approximately 50 Hours/Week Additional Schedule Details: Typical work hours are 6:00-7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Success in this role requires maintaining a strong field presence, proactively identifying hazards, ensuring equipment inspections and safety processes are followed, and effectively communicating with contractors and supervision to support safe and successful project execution.
