Based in Indianapolis, this role is an exciting opportunity to champion a culture of safety while supporting our HVAC, plumbing, water filtration, and insulation teams throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
As our Safety Manager, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs that protect our employees, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. What Will I Do?
Take the lead in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis when incidents occur and ensure corrective actions are put in place to prevent recurrence.
Consult and guide operations management to oversee and manage injured employees through the transitional return-to-work process.
Take Responsibility for Safety
Use Proper Lifting Techniques
Practice Ladder Safety
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Perform Hazardous Energy Control (Lockout/Tagout)
Drive Safely
