Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures for civil construction projects. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Provide safety training and education programs for all employees and subcontractors. Investigate and document workplace incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify potential safety hazards and mitigate risks.
