Safety Manager - Commercial Construction

A respected commercial builder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Safety Manager to lead jobsite safety across a busy slate of commercial projects. You'll be the go-to person who keeps crews safe, sites compliant and safety part of everyday work, not just paperwork.

What You'll Do

• Lead the safety program across multiple commercial jobsites
• Conduct site inspections and audits, and follow through on corrective actions
• Run safety orientations, toolbox talks and training for field teams and trade partners
• Review site-specific safety plans, JHAs and subcontractor safety programs
• Investigate incidents and near misses and share lessons learned
• Keep the team current on OSHA requirements and company policies

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction safety experience with a general contractor or large specialty contractor
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510, CHST or ASP/CSP a plus
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards
• Confidence in the field and a coaching style that earns respect from crews
• A degree in occupational safety, construction management or a related field is a plus
