Pay: $21.95-24.65/hour
(based on experience and shift differentials)

Safety Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Wisconsin driver''s license with the ability to transport yourself and materials to various locations occasionally, including driving company vehicles.
- Current First Aid certification from Red Cross or equivalent.
- CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
What you''ll do as a Safety Assistant:
- Regularly monitor grounds, buildings, walkways, and public areas to identify and report safety risks, hazards, or maintenance issues.
- React promptly to emergencies such as fire or medical alarms by investigating, mitigating hazards, contacting emergency services, and providing first aid as needed.
- Accurately document and report all incidents, accidents, and safety concerns to ensure proper follow-up and compliance.
- Assist residents and visitors with non-emergency needs, perform minor maintenance repairs, and support the upkeep of safety equipment like fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.
