    Responsibilities:This person willmaintain andmonitor the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (SER) Programfor a group ofMFA facilities across Centralia, Mexico, and Elsberry, Missouri. The employee will also be expected to assist SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator with the implementation,monitoring, and record-keepingof theMFA Anhydrous Ammonia PreventativeMaintenance Tracking System. The SER Technician will also train andmaintain documentation of training for the personnel within a group ofMFA facilities and field staff. All dutiesmust be completed in accordance with company policy. 

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide New Hire safety training

    • Provide on-going safety training for all existing employees

    • Record all training documentation and training log information in the Dekra on-line

    system

    • Ensure that all employees within their area receive the required training in a timelymanner

    • Assist SER Field Staff in pre-inspections of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment.

    • Assist DOT Inspectors with VPT documentation when testing is completed.

    • Complete annual final inspection of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment within agroup ofMFA facilities.

    • Conduct facility walk-through housekeeping inspections.

    Qualifications

    • Three years industry experience in agricultural business preferred.May be substitutedwith a BS degree.

    • Public speaking experience (preferred)

    • Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
