Safety Director, Steel Fabricator (3 Shops)

A structural steel fabrication company with three local shops is hiring a Safety Director immediately. You'll report directly to leadership and have the authority to shape safety standards and daily practices at all three locations.

What you'll do

• Run OSHA compliance, including inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Spot hazards early and lead corrective actions
• Build and lead the safety program for all 3 fabrication shops
• Share safety metrics and results with leadership
• Train crews and coach shop leaders on safe fabrication practices

What we're looking for

• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Comfortable managing safety across multiple local sites
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Thorough working knowledge of OSHA standards

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
