Become a Safety Culture Strategy and Transformation Senior Project Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll lead strategic safety culture transformation efforts, associated projects, and build cross-functional partnerships across various levels of employees and leadership. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the enterprise, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and implementing safety culture strategy transformation efforts that constitute a significant portion of our roadmap to eliminating serious injuries and fatalities.

Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
Ten (10) years' experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects.
Experience collaborating with team members, all levels of leadership, different departments and vendors to develop solutions, facilitate ongoing collaboration across varied groups, and cultivate stakeholder engagement/buy-in.
Experience coordinating or implementing business readiness activities including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications to ensure business and operational readiness for change.
Experience achieving desired outcomes and actions through negotiation and influence.
Project Management Certification
