Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine safety inspections of warehouse areas to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in developing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and training programs for warehouse staff.
Support safety drills and investigations of incidents or near misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation related to audits, inspections, and training sessions.
Collaborate with management and staff to promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in accident investigations and ensure proper reporting procedures are followed.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting safety in a warehouse or industrial environment preferred.
For candidates with 4+ years of experience, a more advanced understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and influence others.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay rate- $18-20.00

Requirements:

Steel Toe Shoes
Weekend availability every weekend sat and sun.
Be able to stand for up to 8 hours daily as well as bend, stoop, push and pull.
