Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Safety Management required or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to set goals and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal/communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
- Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal direction
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Planner) and database management
- Ability to translate and apply OSHA Standards to WWT operations
- Ability to translate and apply NFPA 70e to WWT operations
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to solve fairly complex problems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to conduct and document root cause analysis
- Ability to autonomously plan and prioritize work.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and shifts.
- Must be willing to attend off-site training and workshops.
- This is an on-site position, with flexibility to travel to various domestic locations, as needed.

- This is an on-site position, with flexibility to travel to various domestic locations, as needed.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $49,200 to $61,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
