Job Summary

QLM is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to oversee jobsite safety and OSHA compliance across commercial construction projects, including painting, drywall, fire stopping, and acoustical installations.

Pay Range

$35 - $37 per hour

Required Skills & Certifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification - Required
• First Aid Certification - Required
• CPR Certification - Required
• Previous experience in commercial construction safety or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard identification, fall protection, and jobsite safety procedures.
• Familiarity with painting, drywall, fire stopping, and acoustical construction operations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct independent site inspections, document findings, and enforce safety requirements.
• Proficiency in safety reporting and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel between assigned jobsites as needed.
