Job Title: Safety and Fleet Coordinator
Pay: $31-$33 per hour
Hours: 7-3:30

As a Safety and Fleet Coordinator, you'll help maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented fleet and safety operations. You'll work closely with the Fleet, Safety, and Risk Management teams to support drivers, vehicles, reporting, and daily operations.
What You'll Do
As a Safety and Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for
Maintain driver files, vehicle records, DOT compliance documentation, inspections, and certifications
Process fleet invoices and track fuel, maintenance, and related expenses
Manage vehicle assignments, driver information, and fuel cards
Assist with accident reporting, insurance claims, and supporting documentation
Coordinate driver training, safety scorecards, telematics reporting, recalls, and preventive maintenance
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Two or more years of experience in fleet, safety, transportation compliance, administration, or a related field
A high school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
