This is a field-first role — you'll be on-site, working alongside crews, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements. • Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and client-specific HSE requirements

  • Facilitate toolbox talks, safety orientations, and on-site training sessions

  • Coordinate with site supervisors and project management to address safety gaps in real time

  • Maintain accurate safety records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation

  • Support emergency response planning and drills

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of safety experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments

  • Must be available and willing to work 50+ hours per week

  • Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 standards

  • First Aid / CPR certification preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Ability to work in outdoor, industrial environments in all weather conditions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging craft workers and site leadership alike
