Russell Tobin is supporting a leading AI research and technology company in hiring Safeguards Access Operations Specialists to help operate high-stakes access and enforcement programs for advanced AI models and capabilities.
In this role, you will help determine which organizations receive access to highly capable AI models and specialized features-and ensure that access remains appropriate over time. You will review organizations and use cases, make eligibility and enforcement decisions against established policies, provision or remove access, investigate potential misuse, and document the rationale behind each decision.
These programs are evolving quickly, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in complex operational environments, exercises sound judgment, and can consistently apply detailed policies to real-world cases.
Important: This position may involve exposure to sensitive content, including material involving cybersecurity misuse and other high-risk domains.

The strongest candidates are highly analytical operators who can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy. They are comfortable making consequential decisions based on established policy, documenting exactly why a decision was made, and recognizing when an unusual case requires additional review.
This role is especially well suited for professionals coming from Trust & Safety enforcement, cybersecurity operations, fraud investigations, platform integrity, risk operations, KYC/KYB, or compliance investigations who are interested in applying their experience to AI safety and responsible access.
