SAC Coordinator / Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $15-$16.80

Want to make a lasting difference in a young person's life? Become a dual-role SAC Coordinator & Preschool Teacher at the Stateline Family YMCA! In this full-time role, you won't just be supporting our youth programs—you'll be helping run the show.

You will split your talents between leading preschool classroom instruction and directing School-Aged Care (SAC) operations. From designing daily curriculum and activity plans to supervising children, you'll ensure a safe, enriching, licensed, and fun environment that aligns with YMCA values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. As a leader, you'll recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff, maintain participant records, and build positive, authentic relationships with families, school staff, and the community.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children in a developmental setting required
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool and school-aged children
  • Registry certificate required within two months of employment (or upon completion of required coursework)
