Manage employment litigation from inception through resolution, with support and collaboration from the team.Build winning case strategies. Conduct investigations, assess claims, analyze the law, and develop practical recommendations for clients.Write with impact. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.Advocate for clients. Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.Navigate agency matters. Represent employers before the DLSE, NLRB, and other state and federal agencies.Be a trusted advisor. Counsel employers on employment-law compliance and day-to-day workplace issues.Support labor relations. Assist with union negotiations, collective bargaining, and related matters.Contribute beyond the case.
