Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a pivotal player in providing analysis and technical expertise within an existing SAP environment. Dive into a broad spectrum of tasks, including research, analysis, design, configuration, testing, diagnosis, maintenance, support, training, and implementation of cutting-edge information technology solutions. All this while navigating a regulated, global SAP ECC/S4 environment.

Essential Duties

  • Validate SAP's fit to business requirements by identifying solution options and suggesting business process changes, if necessary.
  • Configure the SAP Production Planning (PP) core module to meet evolving business and operational needs, specifically supporting:
    • Core Configuration (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions)
    • Discrete Manufacturing Configuration and Manufacturing Methodologies
    • Cross-functional support with Product Costing
    • Cross-functional support with PP/DS
  • Configure the SAP Quality Management (QM) core module to align with new or changing business and operational requirements, specifically supporting:
    • Batch Release Hub
    • Quality Inspection Lots
    • Sampling Procedures and Master Data
  • Experience in Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) is a plus.
  • Apply professional business and technical knowledge in collaboration with business partners, stakeholders, other ITS groups, and external partners.
  • Embrace inquisitiveness, consider business needs, and integrate industry best practices with innovative thinking to ensure scalable and supportable solutions.
  • Document requirements, specifications, and business process flows clearly to convey complex concepts to a broad audience.
  • Translate requirements and specifications into configurations first, customization second solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural requirements.
  • Craft comprehensive test scenarios and scripts supporting verification and validation protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with geographically diverse and dispersed business partners and ITS teams.
  • Facilitate meetings within ITS, across business partners, and with external teams.
  • Consistently deliver quality solutions on time and within budget constraints.
  • Adapt flexibly to new technologies with a demonstrated initiative for continuous learning.
  • Share responsibility with team members for Critical Incident resolution.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience beyond essential duties.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading small to medium-sized projects.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment, ideally using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology.
  • Proficient in writing User and Functional Requirements, Functional Specifications, and developing required test scenarios and scripts supporting GAMP V verification and validation methodologies.

Compensation

Target Pay Range: $126,600.00 to $158,300.00 - Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
