    onsemi is seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Operations team managing revenue and S&OE process. You will manage revenue and external WOI targets and execution to ensure onsemi meets it's guidance and commitments.

    In this on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ you will be working with a global cross-functional team including sales, business unit, operations, finance, and supply chain professionals. You will lead a weekly review on where the company is trending for current quarter and current quarter + 1 and track and assign the associated actions need to meet set targets.

    • Ability to drive forward actions and adhere to milestones/timelines
    • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to zoom in to detail for analysis, but then zoom out to piece together a story
    • Strong data skills.
    • Experience with PowerBI and/or Qlikview.
    • Experience working with a large range of cross-functional teams.
    • 5+ years of revenue management experience
    • BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Econ, Data Science, Finance, or related from an accredited university
    • Own weekly corporate revenue management meeting working cross functionally with sales and the business units.
    • Gathering input on supply opportunities and risks and what it means to revenue.
    • Track distribution WOI and ensure we hit our sell-in targets while sales is managing POS.
    • Review risks and opportunity impact to margin.
    • Manage tactically, with logistics, the last 2 weeks of the quarter on a daily basis.
    • Work with sales on turns expected within a quarter and if we are able to support them with existing supply.
    • Ensure BU/sales tracking meets corporate expectations.
    • Build weekly executive level presentation on revenue and backlog trends.
    • Own weekly corporate revenue management meeting working cross functionally with sales and the business units.
