We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong Sourcing & Procurement Design experience to join our team and work closely with a Commercial Healthcare Logistics Client.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>As the S4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Consultant, you will own S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Design for logistics services, transportation, packaging, and indirect spend supporting healthcare distribution networks and cold-chain capabilities.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design P2P processes for buying transportation capacity, 3rd-party logistics services, facility services, and specialized healthcare packaging (insulated containers, dry ice, monitoring devices).<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Configure contracts, scheduling agreements, and service procurement to manage carrier agreements, DC services, and external warehousing providers.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Set up supplier evaluation and approval processes aligned with vendor qualification for handling healthcare products and cold-chain materials.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Integrate procurement with inventory management and FI/CO to ensure accurate accruals, cost allocation to DCs/routes, and visibility of logistics cost drivers.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support conversion of purchasing data (vendors, source lists, contracts) from legacy SAP to S/4HANA and testing of P2P scenarios relevant to logistics.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with network planning, operations, and finance to align procurement strategies with capacity plans and service levels.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>Minimum Qualifications/Experience:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>8+ years in SAP MM Procurement with 3+ S/4HANA implementations, including service procurement and contract management.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Expertise in complete P2P cycle: requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, goods receipt, invoice verification, and service entry sheets.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience configuring service procurement for transportation, facility maintenance, and logistics outsourcing.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands-on experience with release strategies, approval workflows, and supplier consignment/stock transfer orders.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience integrating procurement with inventory management and financial accounting for accurate cost control.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Procurement experience in logistics/transportation companies or sourcing for large distribution networks.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with SAP Ariba, SRM, or SAP Business Network for strategic sourcing and supplier collaboration.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of vendor qualification processes for handling pharma/healthcare products and cold-chain materials.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with transportation procurement (freight tenders, carrier contracts, rate management).<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to indirect spend management for MRO, packaging, and facility services in logistics operations.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Minimum Education:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
