    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flat-Rate RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in RV diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of systems. You should be confident working independently, able to manage flat-rate productivity efficiently, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, chassis components, and more

    • Perform installation of accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment

    • Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair estimates

    • Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment while maintaining strong quality standards

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area

    • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed

    • Follow all safety standards and company procedures

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on RV technician experience

    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems

    • Ability to work independently and manage time in a flat-rate shop environment

    • Familiarity with a wide range of RV makes, models, and components

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

    Preferred Qualifications

    • RVIA, RVDA, ASE, or manufacturer certifications

    • Experience with both motorized and towable units

    • Ability to train or mentor junior technicians
