Pro Tech RV is seeking an experienced RV Service Technician to join our service department. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Requirements
3-5 years of RV service technician experience required
Must own and maintain a complete set of professional tools
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of RV electrical, plumbing, propane, appliance, slide-out, awning, and leveling systems
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to efficiently flag and produce billable hours in a fast-paced service environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair RV systems and components
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed
Deliver high-quality repairs while meeting productivity expectations
