At Big Canoe POA, we’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Food Runners—a key role that keeps our dining experience running smoothly and our guests coming back.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver food quickly and accurately to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Double-check orders for quality and presentation before leaving the kitchen
- Support servers and bartenders to keep service running smoothly
- Learn the menu and confidently assist with guest questions
- Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of service areas
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily restaurant setup
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Willingness to learn and take direction (we’ll train you!)
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus—but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand and move for extended periods (7–10 hour shifts)
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen/dining environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
