Location: Florence, KY

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in machine assembly, machine tool manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial equipment required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, digital levels, indicators, and laser alignment equipment
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with machine control software and embedded programs
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment

Job Duties:

• Inspect and verify machine electrical and mechanical functions prior to customer delivery
• Troubleshoot and correct machine alignment, functionality, and operational issues
• Inspect mechanical components and subassemblies to ensure proper performance
• Load, verify, and test embedded machine programs and software
• Set machine parameters, home positions, and axis configurations
• Perform precision inspections using calipers, micrometers, digital levels, indicators, and laser measuring equipment
• Operate positioning lasers and ball-bar testing equipment to verify machine accuracy and repeatability
• Install tooling, chucks, and related machine components as needed
• Perform test cuts and run machines through operational test cycles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures
