Job Summary
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies. The role involves software development, testing, DevOps, database optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Implement testing frameworks including RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe.
• Manage DevOps processes using Git, JIRA, BuildKite, and Sidekiq.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and optimization.
• Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Participate in user story creation and estimation.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and support project delivery.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Experience with RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe.
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and BuildKite.
• Experience working with AWS.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
