What will you be doing?

• Install, configure, and test RTUs for electric utility substations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, control wiring, and communication networks.
• Work with DNP3, Modbus, and IEC 61850 SCADA communication protocols.
• Interpret and update engineering drawings, including one-line and three-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Use configuration software (such as SEL and GE RTU tools) to implement control logic and settings.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to support commissioning and field-testing activities.

What do you bring?

• Experience: 5+ years in electrical or controls systems work within the power industry or related fields.
• Education: Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Controls, or a related discipline (equivalent experience may substitute).
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, RTU wiring, and control circuit troubleshooting.
