RTA Posted Job Description

Our client, a (Data engineering company), is looking to hire a (Senior Asana Solutions Architect (Marketing Operations) in (Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660).

Pay Rate Range: $85.00-$120.00/Hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex Asana environments
• Experience implementing Asana Enterprise or Advanced
• Expertise in marketing project management
• Strong understanding of marketing operations
• Experience designing workflow automation
• Experience implementing project governance
• Experience creating executive dashboards
• Ability to train cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Asana Certified Pro or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS or AI companies
• Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies
• Knowledge of AI-assisted workflow automation
• Experience integrating Asana with Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Experience with portfolio management for organizations managing 50+ concurrent projects
