Navra Education is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher or Education Specialist for a school-based RSP opportunity in Northern California’s beautiful foothills region. Specific school and location details will be shared during the screening process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage an RSP caseload and provide specialized academic instruction
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliant IEPs
- Deliver targeted individual and small-group instruction
- Track student progress and adjust supports based on data
- Coordinate assessments, documentation, and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, administrators, and related-service providers
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
- Promote student independence and success in the least restrictive environment
What You’ll Need
- Active California Education Specialist Credential
- Mild to Moderate Support Needs authorization or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and progress monitoring
- Effective collaboration and classroom-management skills
- RSP or school-based special education experience preferred
- SEIS experience is a plus
