Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $45 - $50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Additional Compensation: Bonus opportunities; sign-on bonus of $2,000 after 60 days and another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a caseload of ALS and pediatric ventilation patients within a designated territory
  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Set up and maintain highly technical respiratory equipment
  • Provide patient education on ventilation and respiratory care
  • Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed
  • Perform on-call duties approximately one week every 4-6 weeks
  • Document all services and maintain organized records
  • Support training and orientation of new team members
  • Ensure compliance with all licensure, certification, and safety standards
What You Need
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Respiratory care credentials (RRT or CRT) preferred; RN acceptable depending on state law
  • Pediatric and ALS ventilation experience required
  • Proficiency with respiratory equipment and software (e.g., Care Orchestrator, Astral)
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deductive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
