- Licenses/Certifications: Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred) or Nursing (RN), valid drivers license
- Experience: Home respiratory care, pediatric and ALS ventilation experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $45 $50/hour depending on experience
- Bonus: $2000 sign-on bonus ($1000 after 60 days, $1000 after 180 days)

What Youll Do
- Manage a defined territory including Southborough and surrounding towns
- Serve as the primary contact for ventilation patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Set up and maintain highly technical respiratory equipment
- Monitor patient safety and equipment function
- Provide patient education on respiratory care and equipment use
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Support on-call duties for patient consultations outside of business hours
- Ensure compliance with state licensure and company policies
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed
What You Need
Required:- Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or applicable RN license in Massachusetts
- Pediatric and ALS Ventilation experience
- Proficiency with technical equipment and software (Care Orchestrator, Astral, etc.)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Preferred:- Home health or hospital respiratory care experience
- Ability to travel within territory as needed
- Experience with DME/HME equipment
