What You’ll Do:

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU setting
• Manage ventilators including high-frequency and high-flow nasal cannula
• Administer nitric oxide (iNO), oscillators, NAVA, Bubble CPAP, and neonatal ventilator management
• Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document interventions and patient responses accurately
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Ohio Respiratory Therapy License (in hand)
• NRP Certification (required)
• CRT or RRT Credential
• At least 2 years of neonatal ICU experience, including NICU procedures such as high-flow nasal cannula, oscillators, and high-risk deliveries
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal respiratory management
• Ability to work night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
